Andrada TATOMIR graduated the Faculty of Law of the West University of Timişoara in 2019. Also, in 2019 she passed the bar examination, becoming an active member of the Timiș Bar as well as a collaborating lawyer within Law Partners.

Working on complex projects, within both the legal advice and litigation departments of Law Partners, Andrada gained a fast consolidation of her theoretical knowledge and developed a dynamic vision as well as the capacity for legal analysis, two basic qualities for the efficient management of any legal problem.

Among the projects she managed are worth being mentioned: drafting the legal actions against the unlawful enforcements, legal advice and drafting legal actions within the area of labor law and family law, legal advice in commercial matters and drafting of contracts. In addition, Andrada is involved, together with coordinating lawyers, in complex projects in the field of data privacy law, assisting various companies in the implementation of European regulations on the protection of individuals regarding to the processing of personal data.
